The ICFAI Cricket Team-ICFAI 11 won the Inter- University cricket tournament at Dehradun October 21, 2018

The ICFAI Cricket Team-ICFAI 11 won the Inter- University cricket tournament at Dehradun on 21/10/2018 .A total of 11 teams of prominent Universities and colleges from Dehradun and nearby Participated in this Cricket tournament. It all started with ICFAI 11 winning their first match from BFIT with 6 wickets. The quarter Final was between JB Pant University & ICFAI 11, which ICFAI 11 Won by 30 runs. ICFAI 11 defeated DBIT in the semifinals with 4 wickets and the final match was between Shivalik Collage and ICFAI 11 which took a nail biting turn but at the end ICFAI 11 emerged victorious with 1 run. Man of the tournament was given to Nitish with 185 runs and 9 wickets during the tournament and an excellent performance in the Final match with Shivalik.

The Vice Chancellor of the University, Dehradun Dr. Pawan K Aggarwal, Pro Vice Chancellor Dr. Muddu Vinay and Registrar Brig. Rajiv Setthi (Retd.) congratulated and appreciated all the team members and their efforts. They motivated the students to keep participating in such sports and extracurricular activities for the holistic development of their personality.
