Yoga Session October 25, 2018
It has been found that yoga improves balance, flexibility, strength and daily energy level. Mental endurance and physical stamina are tested through various yoga postures. Yoga Sessions are organized for pupil teachers of ICFAI Education School on weekly basis by Prof. Sarita Negi. Students participate with great zeal to take their fitness to a higher level. The yoga practice is coupled with information on healthy diet which improves digestion. Hence, it’s an informative session on every Thursday.
