The two-year MBA program at IBS Dehradun is thoughtfully designed to equip students with the management skills essential for navigating the complexities of modern business environments. The program combines rigorous academics with structured soft skills training and meaningful industry interactions. A key highlight is the 14-week internship, which provides students with valuable exposure to real-world business challenges and workplace dynamics. The Careers & Skill Development Centre (CSDC) plays a pivotal role in strengthening our engagement with the industry. With a proactive approach, CSDC works tirelessly to bridge the gap between academia and industry, enabling students to apply their learning in volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environments.
