Yoga Session September 27, 2018
Performing Yoga has several physical benefits and apart from it, mental calmness and calmness and clarity are also enhanced. Most sessions typically include breathing exercises, meditation and postures (asana) that stretch and flex various muscles.
Pupil teachers of B.Ed practice yoga on weekly basis which help them a lot in maintaining an upright posture and in increasing concentration power. Yoga can be very effective in developing coping skills and reaching a more positive outlook on life. The session was conducted by Prof. Sarita Negi and the participants were Nityanand, Ekta, Sapna, Sunil, Sangita, Dilip, Tanisha, Merlin, Debarati and Shobha. The activity was assisted by Ms. Atulya Verma.
